Change in procedure for Document Legalization.

As a measure to prevent the spread of the corona Virus, the consular section will change the procedure for the document legalization from Monday, April 25th, 2020 until further notice.
The procedure will be as follows:

1. The Documents should arrive to the embassy by Monday or Thursday by post to the following address: Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Tokyo- To, Minato- Ku, Akasaka, 1-11-36, Residence Viscountess #720)

2. Payments for the documents should be made into the following postal account:

(Please include your company name and the date on the application form in the column when making the transfer.)

3. Please use the letter pack light (Blue color) to send the original documents, copies and a self-addressed return letter pack.
