October 15th-25th, 2014: WPNS STEP

The 4th Western Pacific Naval Symposium Short Term Exchange Program for Officers of the Next Generations (WPNS STEP) was held at Japan Maritime Self Defense Force Command and Staff College in Tokyo. Mr. Ahmed Al-Teraifi, Second Secretary, attended a Reception and some presentations by a participant from The Royal Bahrain Naval Force.
