On March 22, 2016, H.E. Dr. Khalil Hassan, Ambassador, attended the dinner hosted by H.E. Mr. Abdul-Rahmen Al-Otabi, the Ambassador of the State of Kuwait on the occasion of inviting Ms. Yuriko Koike ,a member of the House of Representatives and other members of the Parliament.
